Tenants are requested to send a copy of the first page of their lease.
Prior to contacting a removalist, new residents must check date availability with the Building Manager first.

Loading dock entrance is at 17-23 Newland Street, Bondi Junction.
The height clearance of the loading dock is 3.4 meters.
No items are to travel through the lobby or main entrance.
Please be aware that the lift is shared with onsite residents.
Exercise caution during high traffic hours and be mindful when loading the lift.
Owners and occupiers need written approval from the Owners Corporation.
Visiting pets also require approval and must comply with building rules.
Complete the Resident Registration Form and Moving Request Form. Then enquire availability with the onsite Building Manager.
Contact your local removalists and start packing.
On the day, park in the Loading Dock and transport all furniture via the lower ground lifts.
