General Information

The pool and gym are situated on Level 5 and are accessible daily from 6am to 10pm.

Please note, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult resident.

Visitor parking is available on Level 1A, Level 1, and Level 2. Guests of residents are allowed a maximum stay of 24 continuous hours or a total of 24 hours within a 7-day period.

Owners and occupiers need written approval from the Owners Corporation. 

Visiting pets also require approval and must comply with building rules.

Please note:

  • Security air key remotes are limited to one per car space. No additional remotes can be issued.
  • Payments for remotes and fobs are accepted exclusively via bank transfer. Cash transactions are not permitted onsite.
  • Tenants must provide an Authority Letter from the Lot Owner or Managing Agent to purchase any additional or replacement security devices.
Each floor has an accessible garbage chute for medium-sized rubbish bags.

Larger bags and larger items should be placed in the loading dock’s 660L bins. Recycling must be placed in the loading dock’s 240L recycling bins.

Owners and tenants at Trevilion can arrange bulky rubbish collection directly through Waverley Council.

Accepted items include:

  • Old and broken furniture
  • Broken small appliances
  • Metals and whitegoods 
  • Damaged general household items that cannot fit inside a garbage bin
  • Mattress (limit to 1 larger per collection)
  • Bulky garden organics 
  • Mirrors (maximum size 1 metre x 1 metre wrapped in a sheet/blanket)
  • e-waste that cannot be dropped off at Council drop off stations
  • Paint cans (must be empty)

Residents must supervise large deliveries ensuring contractors enter and exit the building properly. Report any damage to common property to the Building Manager immediately.

An example of a single large item delivery is a new washing machine.
